kijelölt adatszolgáltatásért felelős személyként, a Magyar Nemzeti Bank részére küldött jelentések/riportok előkészítése, azok adatokkal történő feltöltése, az adatok helyességének és naprakészségének folyamatos biztosítása,
az üzleti folyamatok támogatása,
üzleti területek támogatása ad-hoc, adatbázison alapuló üzleti riportokkal, elemzésekkel,

Kihívások, melyekkel munkád során találkozni fogsz:
személyes ügyfélszolgálatra érkező ügyfeleink szakszerű és teljeskörű tájékoztatásával fogsz foglalkozni, valamint felelős leszel az ügyintézéshez kapcsolódó adminisztráció ellátásáért,
informatívan válaszolsz az ügyfelek kérdéseire, hatékonyan és megoldás-orientáltan kezeled az esetlegesen felmerülő panaszokat,
iktatod az ügyfelek kérelmeit, panaszait,
kezeled a készpénzes és bankkártyával történő befizetéseket (pénztár),
felelősen vezeted a pénztárral kapcsolatos nyilvántartásokat, az elszámolások naprakészen tartod,
megválaszolod a beérkezett kérelmeket e-mail-ben, vagy előkészíted a postázáshoz,
kapcsolatot tartasz a társosztályokkal,
rögzíted a szükséges adatokat az ügyviteli rendszerünkbe és gondoskodsz azok karbantartásról.
Amit kérünk:
legalább középfokú végzettséggel, érettségivel, valamint kiváló szóbeli, írásbeli kommunikációs készséggel rendelkezel,
szívesen kommunikálsz, könnyen alakítasz ki kapcsolatot másokkal,
felhasználói szintű számítógépes ismereteid vannak,
problémákra megoldandó kihívásokként tekintesz,
pozitív hozzáállásoddal az a bizonyos pohár mindig félig tele van,
precíz és pontos munkavégzés jellemez,
jól viseled az olykor magas stresszel járó helyzeteket.
Előnyt jelent, ha rendelkezel:
ügyfélkiszolgálásban, követeléskezelésben szerzett tapasztalattal.
