We would like to draw your attention to the fact that recently unknown persons have been sending and are sending false payment notices by SMS, misusing the name of EOS Faktor Zrt. In the fake messages, the company name is incorrectly stated as EOSS Zrt. and the bank account number given for payment is not the bank account number of EOS Faktor Zrt.
The messages were not sent by EOS Faktor Zrt. or an employee of our company. Our company will only send SMS messages to its clients if they have concluded an instalment or ad hoc payment agreement to settle the outstanding debt. In this case, we will send a payment reminder 2 days before the payment deadline. In addition, we will only and exclusively send an SMS with our bank account number, telephone number, e-mail address, fax number or IBAN bank account number, if requested by our customers.
If you have received an SMS message with content other than the above on behalf of our Company, or if you become aware that such an SMS message has been sent from your telephone number, please report the matter to the Police and do not delete the message from your telephone until you do so, as the Police may request it when you report the matter.
If you receive such a text message, please DO NOT send money to the bank account number provided in the text message, but contact our call centre on [+36 1 887-9000].

Extraordinary Information – Regarding Suspicious Fraud Cases
We hereby inform you that the Kecskemét District Prosecutor's Office has proposed the arrest of a man involved in bank debt settlement due to the well-founded suspicion of multiple criminal offenses. This individual allegedly accepted nearly 170 million Hungarian forints from 16 clients with promises of closing and consolidating loans. However, instead of using the money to settle the debts, he misappropriated it.

In light of this, we would like to draw your attention to the importance of verifying whether a person has the authorization of the Hungarian National Bank before granting them power of attorney for representation in front of our company.
